Final Scheme Update - August 2025

On 28th August 2025 the Scheme Supervisors resolved that they are satisfied that:

• that the Scheme has been properly implemented in accordance with its terms;
• all Scheme Claims have been determined and/or adjudicated (as applicable) in accordance with the terms of the Scheme; and
• all Ascertained Scheme Claims have been paid in accordance with the terms of the Scheme.

We have made all of the second Scheme Payments where we held valid bank details. If you are represented by a Claims Management Company, and we have made the payment to them, you will need to contact them for further information about when your payment will be released to you.

Scheme Payment - To receive a second Scheme Payment you had to provide valid bank details by 17th May 2025. A Scheme Payment can no longer be claimed.

Refund - If you are due a refund as part of your claim but did not provide valid bank details before 17th May 2025 then we are arranging for these funds to be paid into Court and you will no longer be able to receive them without applying to the Court to release them. We will provide further updates on this when the process has been completed.
